DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare the Rooms and Apartments for Cleaning.
- Replacing used Linen in the rooms and Apartment.
- Assist guests in queries relating to housekeeping.
- Assist in picking and delivering guests laundry.
- Ensuring all assigned rooms are cleaned and tidy by the end of shift.
- Report any maintenance defects in the rooms and public areas.
- Report any suspected theft to the Head Housekeeper or security in charge.
- Replacing guest amenities in the rooms and apartments.
- Cleaning public areas and corridors assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Certificate in Housekeeping Technique.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
