DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepare the Rooms and Apartments for Cleaning.
  2. Replacing used Linen in the rooms and Apartment.
  3. Assist guests in queries relating to housekeeping.
  4. Assist in picking and delivering guests laundry.
  5. Ensuring all assigned rooms are cleaned and tidy by the end of shift.
  6. Report any maintenance defects in the rooms and public areas.
  7. Report any suspected theft to the Head Housekeeper or security in charge.
  8. Replacing guest amenities in the rooms and apartments.
  9. Cleaning public areas and corridors assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Certificate in Housekeeping Technique.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
