POSITION SUMMARY:
The Corporate Communications Marketing and Membership Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust strategic organizational public relations program.
Manages strategic proactive media outreach by identifying Club brand awareness opportunities, takes initiative to act upon these opportunities to achieve results.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage relationships with media to create future opportunities for the Club.
- Oversee Club ‘s email marketing campaigns for all departments and programs.
- Oversee digital and social media strategy, including the evolving digital market and contributes new ideas to enhance the organization’s social presence.
- Identify trends and leverages opportunities within the industry, through the use of social and digital tools and channels.
- Develop recommendations of marketing activities to increase revenue in all income centers of the Club.
- Manage marketing projects and campaigns including coordinating with vendors and managing the communication’s team junior staff members.
- Oversee effectiveness of staff through setting of performance targets, monitoring and evaluation of staff performance.
- Membership
- To establish a database for all Club Members.
- Coordinate member recruitment and admission process.
- To Communicate efficiently to all Club Members on internal and relevant external information.
- To advise Management on Membership welfare programs.
- To monitor and recommend actions on member account.
- To prepare respective documents for individual members file.
QUALIFICATION
- A Degree in any of the following discipline Bachelor of Arts Social Science, Bachelor of law, Project Management, Marketing or Public relations.
- To have attained a minimum overall grade B and grade A in KCSE English and Kiswahili.
- Candidates with master’s degree and foreign language will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience working in a Similar role.
